THE LEGACY CONDOMINIUM is located in the heart of the amusement section just a block from the beach/boardwalk between Ocean and Atlantic Avenues on Plymouth Place (Plymouth is between 7th and 8th Streets). It features an elevator, SWIMMING POOL, private balconies, assigned onsite covered parking, and a coin operated laundry. This unit has been completely remodeled with a beautiful new white kitchen, new pergo floors, new furniture and mattresses for the 2 bedrooms! The master bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom. The walls are painted a pretty soft yellow. The sunny balcony faces east and overlooks the pool. 4 Beach tags included. This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, named America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is known as a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches.
